The award goes to a company or organization that has a highly respected reputation in the local community and sets a commendable example for other businesses to follow. They are a chamber member that represents the East Providence Area Chamber of Commerce, and a business based in the City of East Providence, Barrington, Seekonk or Rehoboth.

 

They may also make a significant economic contribution to the local community and/or state. Their presence in the community makes their city or town a better place in which to work and/or live.
